1. Acceptance and Seller Identity
By accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing a course, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. You are contracting with SSRA academy.
2. Services, Eligibility, and Acceptable Use
SSRA academy provides online educational content, professional training materials, and career guidance resources for sports science graduates. You must provide accurate information and have authority to use or purchase the services. You must not misuse the services, including unlawful use, fraud, spam, intellectual property infringement, sharing login credentials, attempting to bypass security, introducing malware, scraping, probing, or interfering with platform operation.
3. Intellectual Property
All course content, software, documentation, branding, videos, documents, exercises, and platform materials are owned by SSRA academy or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access purchased course content for your own educational use.
4. Payments, Subscriptions, and Paddle Merchant of Record Disclosure
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle processes payments, may appear on your bank or card statement, provides customer service inquiries related to billing, and handles returns and refunds.
Payment, billing, tax, subscription renewal, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. You may cancel a subscription through your account, by contacting us, or directly at paddle.net using the email address used at checkout.
5. Service Availability and Suspension
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, unlawful activity, or repeated or serious policy violations.
6. Liability and Governing Law
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SSRA academy is not liable for indirect losses, career outcomes, credential recognition decisions, external authority decisions, or interruptions beyond our reasonable control. These terms are governed by German law.
