1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

SSRA academy offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on course purchases and the first billing period of a subscription. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your order date or first subscription charge.

2. How to Request a Refund

Refunds are handled by Stripe. To request a refund, visit your account dashboard at ssracourses.com and use the email address from checkout so Stripe can locate your order. You may also contact us at info@ssracourses.com with the subject “Refund Request” and your order number, and we will help route the request to Stripe.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel subscriptions at any time. After cancellation, access normally remains active until the end of the current paid billing period. Refund and cancellation handling is subject to Stripe's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms.
